Web pickup — fulfilling ExtraCoins orders at the counter

Local customers increasingly buy online and pick up in person — especially for bullion where shipping cost hurts. SpotPro’s Sales Checkout includes a web pickup queue and EC order lookup so staff can confirm Zelle, collect cash, and mark orders picked up without a separate tablet app.

Counter workflow

1. Customer places order on your ExtraCoins shop (card, PayPal, or pay-in-store methods you support)
2. Order appears in the pickup queue on Sales Checkout
3. Staff verifies payment (including Zelle confirmation), hands over product, marks picked up
4. Inventory quantity decrements through the same record used for walk-in sales

Optional staff PIN locks checkout before opening the queue — useful on busy Saturdays.
