Mass Reprint Labels — bulk shelf labels and Avery sheets in SpotPro
Reprint shelf labels or Avery barcode sheets for hundreds of inventory rows — live filter chips, custom Label 1–4 templates, saved Avery layouts, and batch print from Point of Sale.
After a repricing run, CSV import, or show prep, relabeling one SKU at a time is painful. Mass Reprint Labels in SpotPro bulk-prints shelf labels or Avery tag sheets for items already in inventory — separate from Tag Barcode Sheets (blank T-codes for new intake) and complementary to Design Your Labels (template editor).
Open Mass Reprint Labels
In the member dashboard: Point of Sale → Labels & tags → Mass Reprint Labels. Or press Ctrl+K (Mac: ⌘+K), type mass reprint, and pick the page from Go to section.
Select items three ways
- By inventory filter — chip row (Bullion, Proof sets, All, …)
- By item type — US Coins, World, Supplies, …
- Search & select — check individual rows
Search and chips update the Items to print queue live — no Apply button. Match counts refresh as you type.
Custom shelf labels (Label 1–4)
Pick a template you designed under Point of Sale → Setup → Design Your Labels. SpotPro suggests matching Avery stock when your template size is known. Use Print batch for one multi-page job, or Print one-by-one for odd sizes or printers that struggle with long label PDFs.
Avery tag sheets + custom templates
Choose built-in layouts (5167 flip-edge, 5160 address labels, etc.) or click Add Avery template — enter a product number and Look up, or type custom width/height in inches. Saved layouts show a Saved badge on your account. Print at Actual size / 100% — never Fit to page.
