A Good Delivery gold bar is roughly 350–430 troy ounces, usually talked about as ~400 oz, from a listed refiner. Silver Good Delivery is a 1,000-ounce-class bar. LBMA.
What you have
A 1 oz, 10 oz, or kilo bar is retail. Perfectly real if the name is good. Not a Good Delivery bar. The TV commercial with a forklift is not your product. Kilo.
Why the ads love the forklift
