Out of the case and Incoming packages in SpotPro
Send coins to grading, a dealer, or a show without them selling while gone. Log a box that arrived and buy, offer, pass, or consign each piece.
Two counter tools keep the case honest. Out of the case is coins leaving (grading, another dealer, a show). Incoming packages is a box that arrived.
Out of the case
Counter → Out of the case. Pick Grading, Another dealer, or A show. Scan tags. They stay in inventory. Checkout and ExtraCoins will not sell them until they are back. Bring them back to split a box fee onto each coin’s cost. Never mind if you scanned the wrong coins.
Incoming packages
Counter → Incoming packages. Log who sent it, add each piece, then Buy, Offer, Pass, or Consign. Buy opens NumisNexus — this page does not create a purchase or a stock tag. Coins leaving still use Out of the case.
