America the Beautiful quarters: parks on a quarter
2010–2021 park and site quarters. Five a year. Clad in change, silver in some collector sets. Five-ounce silver bullion versions exist and are not pocket change.
America the Beautiful quarters ran 2010–2021. Five designs a year. National parks and sites. Same Washington portrait on the face as the later state quarters. Washington quarters.
Circulation strikes are clad. Silver versions live in collector sets. There is also a five-ounce .999 silver bullion coin for each design. That bullion piece is not the quarter in your cup holder.
What a shop pays
A roll of clad park quarters is face. A complete clad set is a collection. The five-ounce silver pieces are bullion plus a product premium. Weigh those. Do not mix them with change. Junk vs Eagles vs bars.
Low-mintage “S” circulation strikes exist for some years. Those are a collector footnote, not a reason to dump a pickle jar on the glass.
What it is not
It is not 90% silver. It is not a commemorative half from 1936. It is a modern circulating program. Proof vs uncirculated.
